Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Sweet Angels Heaven4kids, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased with a product, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in the original packaging, with all tags intact.
• You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong size. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us immediately on WhatsApp or by phone with photos of the issue.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (via Cashfree). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping for Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
